| Along with the development of cultural diversity, the culture in the minority areas was strook unprecedently. The prevalence of pre-figurative culture makes the occurrence of national culture gap between teachers and students to be an objective necessity. Based on the characteristics of the traditional culture in national regions with the social changes and Mead’s "three pre-figurative culture" theory, this study chose Qianjiang District in Chongqing and tried to make contrasts of culture differences between teachers and students in Tujia area, exploring the culture gap between them mainly on the language of the national culture, dress, ethnic customs, aesthetic sentiment and temperament. Due to the different values and aesthetic habits, the generation gap between teachers and students occurred easily during their communication. This phenomenon might result from the followings:the different cultural backgrounds, their different reactions to deal with the traditional culture and the modern culture, their different cultural value orientations. Furthermore, what make this generation gap develop are the limitations of not only the teaching materials but the bilingual teaching in national regions. Through the personal experience on the existence of the two-sided effects of culture gap between teachers and students, the author aimed to reduce the negative effects by exploring the practical strategies and constructive suggestions. Therefore, this study mainly implement measures from the following several aspects:First of all, to develop the compatible and coexistent cultures; Second, to develop the local national teaching material; Third, to improve the teachers’ bilingual teaching ability and the national cultural cultivation; Fourth, by the appropriate "cultural feedback" to integrate culture resources of the teachers and students; Finally, to make education back to the national life world. Through those strategies, we hope to control the culture gap between teachers and students in national regions effectively, which contributes to constructing the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and promoting the development of education in national regions and the national cultural inheritance. |
