High School Teachers Distance Training Barriers Investigation And Analysis

Teacher Professional Development has been the kernel topic of Teacher Education. Teacher training is an important way of Teacher Professional Development. Internet raised and was available to all, which bring gospel to teacher professional development. Today, online teacher training based on internet has been an important pattern of teacher training. But because of many barriers, the effect of online teacher training need to be improved.According to literature research, this article summarized some main factors which leaners faced in their network learning. Then the author made a research of teachers who works in middle school by questionnaire. In addition, combine with further interview and some correlative cases, the author finally arrive at the main barriers in teacher remote training and the problems to be solved, which could provide information and advice for the design and practice of online training in the future. This study discovered that the main factors which teachers faced with in online training are study supporting service under distance education conditions, distance education resources and teachers themselves who participate in online training.
