Modern Distance Education Environment Students Learn Problem Analysis And Solution Proposal

With the exploration of Modern Distance Education going deep into practice, and on the basis of the hardware facilities in every Network Educational Institution approaching perfection day by day, teaching resources having an elementary dimension, teaching means being more diverse and the primary exploration in teaching pattern, the research on the distance students seems to be fundamentally important. How to fully utilize effective teaching facilities, resources, means to promote the students' studying and how to utilize the feed-back information of students to improve the learning environment have become a focus among researchers. The conditions of colleges and learning centers are different, technological patterns are different and teaching patterns too, from the circumstances of different experimental colleges. But the difficulties the students are facing and the problem that exist in network educational colleges are alike. Students are confronted with many difficulties and challenges in preparation for study and process of study because of the characteristics of students themselves, distance learning environment and process of study.The research is relying on the Network Educational College of South China Normal University. The paper analyzes "Distance Learning Method" course BBS forum through the method of observation and content analysis, investigate the learning problem of the distance students through the investigation method of questionnaire, and look for the theoretical foundation of solving the problem and train of thought of settlement through the investigation method of documents. On the basis of synthetically analyzing, aiming at the distance students' problem concerning study, many suggestions have been make to solve these problems form the three respects of Network Educational Institutions, Distance teachers and students themselves which closely related on the studying.Studies have shown: The management and support of the Network Colleges is the foundations of students' learning, the guidance of the Distance Teacher is a guarantee, the self-study ability of the Distance students is the sticking point, and the aspects must be combined effectively in order to promote students to learn effectively. The Network Institute should offer a steady technological platform , high-quality teaching resource and proper face-to-face tutorship, strengthen the training and rewards and punishments for the Distance Teacher, pay attention to theentered school education for the new Distance Student, excite students' inside learning motivation; The Distance Teacher should found the good study situation for students , reinforce the support with regard to sensibility, constantly promote network of teachers and students mutual constantly, organizes the students to learn in coordination , cultivation students' study tactics while the professional knowledge spreads; Distance Student should also find out about themselves, strengthen psychological regulation ability and self-learning ability, pay attention to one self's encouraging, master essential learning skills as soon as possible , strengthen the sense of participation of study, pay more attention to communion of the teacher to student and the student to student. The three aspects are connected closely with each other and must be merged into each other in order to promote learning process of students.Form a more microcosmic point of view, the paper does an observation on the characteristics of students' learning in an all round way.
