Purpose To discuss the structure of creative personality of college students.and to prepare college students creative personality rating scale.Methods Used the literature analysis method to construct the theory model of the college students’creative personality structure;Used the open questionnaire investigation and expert evaluation method to prepare the college students’creative personality vocabulary rating scale to get by26vocabularies to make up of "college students’creative personality word list";According to this personality word list to prepare topics.by project analysis and factor analysis get24entries of the college students of formal creative personality rating scale;939undergraduates and graduates were investigated in4universities of Zhengzhou, used exploratory factor analysis and verification factor analysis to construct college students’creative personality model.Results The results of exploratory factor analysis show that college students’ creative personality includes four dimensions, which are imagination, perseverance, discernment, exploratory. The test-retest reliability coefficient of the factors in the scale are0.751-0.865, and the test-retest reliability coefficient of the scale is0.872; The split-half reliability of the factors in the scale are0.690-0.905, and the split-half reliability of the scale is0.899; The Cronbach’s coefficient alpha of the factors in the scale are0.756-0.877, and the Cronbach’s coefficient alpha of the scale is0.898.The correlation coefficient between the factors are0.360-0.532(p<0.01), and the correlation coefficient of scale and factors in between are0.717-0.822(p<0.01).The correlation coefficient of the scale and validity standard questionnaire Williams creativity tendency questionnaire is0.626(p<0.01). Total scores in the professional and grade were significant differences."Discernment" between urban and rural students in a significant difference. Arts body type of college students’scores higher than of literature of science and engineering, and the agriculture cure kind; Junior to "exploratory" in the score higher than a freshman and sophomore students. Conclusions1.The college students’creative personality include4dimensions.2.The city students had higher than the countryside student in "Discernment"; The junior students had higher than freshmen and sophomores in "exploratory". Students who study Arts and Sports have higher creativity than any other major.3.The scale can be an assessment tool of the college students creative personality.
