This research illustrated the conception of college students'employment ability and established a theoretical construction of college students'employment ability structure through analysis of the literature and discussion of theories, and made a Preliminary Self-assessment Scale of College Students'Employment Ability according to the result of the open questionnaire survey on college students; After the preliminary examination questionnaire survey on 350 people, it comes to a model of college students'general employment ability by exploratory factor analysis, and this model also got very good validity in the confirmatory analysis and formed a formal questionnaire. In the end it used several test of reliability and validity to check the reliability and validity of the formal questionnaire.Results of the research are mainly as follow:1.College students'employment ability is a complicated system with multilayer and multi-dimensions. It's mainly consisted of Work Obtaining Ability and Professional Developing Ability. Thereinto, working obtaining ability include ability of communication, logic thinking, self-reflection, execution and concentration, interpreting information, working attitude temptation, resistibility of frustration, resistibility of stress and ability of teamwork; Professional Developing Ability include self-confidence, sociality, ability of psychological self-adjustment and ability of self-study.2.The Self-assessment Scale of College Students'Employment Ability made by this research has very good reliability and validity and can be used to test students'level of employment ability. |
