Education assistance provides opportunities for poverty-stricken students in colleges to access to higher education higher education, they provide relief from the substances. At present, China has initially established based system of education assistance, including scholarships, grants, student loans, work-study and other measures, but education assistance of poor undergraduates of university exists many problems.I take colleges of Hebei province as an example, and think that the main problems in the process of education assistance: poor students identified mechanism, the funding system of decentralized, work-study problem, the concept behind the rescue, student loans, followed by on how to do a good job of poor undergraduates of university of education relief work will be discussed.In this paper, I use methods of documentary research and qualitative research, through the status quo of higher education assistance in Hebei province and the reasons for these problems,I analyze to propose a solution from three aspects the government, schools, social. Government should improve the laws and regulations of the education assistance, the clear responsibility of government to build a network system, to establish the assessment system; school can improve the identification system for poor undergraduates of university, improve and innovate subsidy, material aid and spiritual relief combination and other aspects; social can launch enterprises to make a donation to establish the higher education assistance foundation, to play the role of the Alumni Association to help poor students complete their education.
