The Analyzing And Investigation The Current Status Of Training Talent Young Basketball Vietnam

Basketball as one of the most popular sports in the world is attracting countlessfans, Especially in Vietnam where basketball develops more rapid. The developmentof Juvenile Basketball is the focus of basketball development in Vietnam, but there isa big problem. The author uses the literature method to describe the status of juvenilebasketball training status in Vietnam, such as the history, the number and the contestsand so on. By using questionnaires and literature method the paper elaborates on thepurpose, the training pathway, as well as the training funds and team-building. Then Isum up the problems of Vietnamese Juvenile basketball as following: firstly,Vietnamese government and schools pay less attention to the Juvenile basketball.Secondly, the fund for training is not enough. Thirdly, the level of the trainingcoaches is low. Fourthly, schools are lacking of training equipment and trainingvenues. Fifthly, competition set unreasonable. In order to solve the problems above,we make the following policies: firstly, in the perspective of the training system weshould develop the campus basketball system, strengthen the importance of education,establish a campus basketball model, and build a comprehensive youth basketballcompetition system. Secondly, as far as the coach’s ability and quality, we shouldadvance the coach’s knowledge, and develop his personal qualities, the dedication tobasketball career, and the observation and analysis capabilities in the basketball game.Thirdly, as for the training of young basketball players, the paper argues that on thebasis of the system and interest, we should pay more attention to the tactical skillsand teamwork ability.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: firstly, juvenile basketballtraining is a long process in Vietnam, so it should get more government attention andsupport of the community. School’s training capacity to the juvenile basketballplayers needs to be strengthened continuously. Secondly, we should advance thecoach’s knowledge, and develop his personal qualities, and the dedication tobasketball career. Finally, in order to increase the interest of young players, in thetraining methods we should use different methods individually and ensure that theycan play healthy and happily. With the constantly development of the technique andphysical exercise capacity, the Juvenile Basketball in Vietnam can also developrapidly and lay a solid foundation for the reserve forces training.
