| In the process of urbanization process in China is constantly developing,thegated community has become a common form of communities building in urbanconstruction.However,external material in the form of gated community and theresidents living in the internal life have a close contact. The gated community has aprofound impact on the residents in internal lifestyle. People use the access card inand out of community to make their life easier. But it also brings a certain amount ofdistress. Collection with a high degree of architectural patterns make the residents livein a smaller space.It affects the manner and frequency of people’s leisure andrecreational activities.The property companies bear the daily needs of residents withintheir communities,they always use text to notification matters, the interpersonalbetween people become indifferent, the neighborhood do not know eachother.Thewishes of the people involved in community activities is small, the communityidentity is relatively low. there are many reasons for the current situation, the use oftechnological means and intervention,the architectural pattern of the gated communitycaters to the actual conditions, the gated community for the emphasis of the "security"is precisely to meet the psychological needs of the people.In this study,case studies through the daily life of residents in a district of the city, use the theory of daily life,analysis the specific impact in the gated community on thelife-style of the residents and the underlying deep-seated reasons, explore the effectsof social effects. Gated community impact on the lifestyle of the residents,the wholecommunity,social and psychological effects can not be ignored.Residents’ lifestylepresents both "safe" and "strange" form of double isolation.Residents showing atwo-way characteristics of the identity of the community,created through the gatedcommunity of "collective identity",the residents a sense of security, so as to enhancethe community identity.Many community public infrastructure and public servicescould be improved to a certain extent reduce the residents of the community identity.At the same time,community residents’ lifestyle and traditional communitiesin largely different.This difference also reflects the social and historical change inChina. |
