With the development of society, knowledge of " statistics and probability " has become requisite common sense for future citizens.It’s a certain trend in education reform that perform "statistics and probability " teaching in primary and middle school.Teaching of "statistics and probability " is less studied in mathematics education field.How to design of the high school" statistics and probability" of curriculum scientifically is an important issue in reform of teaching.Therefore, in order to organize the teaching of " statistics and probability ", and enrich research results, the author chose this research subject.This study used existing research result.and select a number of senior high school in Henan province and Guangxi to studied and analysed "statistics and probability" Teaching Situation and Teaching Study. This paper mainly focused on the "statistics and probability" ideology, teaching material status analysis, real value, teaching method and application ability training, ect. This paper mainly used three methods as documentary analysis, questionnaire survey and case interview, and combined with teaching material and teaching teachers, crisscross comprehensive analysis, to understand China’s high school statistics and probability of the teaching situation preferably, and then find out the difference, analysis reasons, put forward some suggestions.This study concluded that, overall, the high school teaching situation in "probability and statistics" is preferably, teachers understanding on "probability and statistics" can achieved rudimentarily. Analysis to see, there’s no obvious difference in "statistics and probability teaching situation between Henan province which has used new class standard and Guangxi province generally speaking, which hasn’t, but a bit difference existed in the understanding of the teaching materials and the teaching mode, which displayed in the depth and breadth of "statistics and probability", and evaluation on students accept degree, and whether or not allow students to practice by themselves.The innovation of course standard can’t fundamentally change the education system in China, because the university entrance exam pressure still exist.This is the main reasons for the situation.The innovation of this paper is the combination of qualitative research method and the conclusions of the above.Finally, the author provide some advice, In teaching practice, teachers should not only teach students to do simple problem, cope with the university entrance exam, but encourage students to do experiment by themselves. In carring out of course, the teaching material should quoted more novel example, and organize experts to write auxiliary books or materials actively, etc, to provide guidance for teachers teaching. In teacher training, should make teachers to understand the purpose, key and the difficult point of "statistics and probability".
