This article takes the Earth movements of geography as an example. Through the way of data collection, sorting and summing up the material, the article makes a contrast of the difference of problem-solving ability between normal students and expert teachers. It presents the elementary process of solving professional problems to improve normal students’competence on resolving professional problems. The article conducts in the way of observation, survey, questionnaire, case investigation, literature research and interviews. Main conclusions are reflected in the difference of thinking of experts, the contrast between problem schema and representation, and the problem schema of the comparison of space strategy and metacognition. It believes that the novices are often interfered with the details when solving problems. Therefore, the problem schema should be built and its formation requires excluding, summarizing and constructing from the surface to the deep in the process of solving specific problems. The main results are reflected in the exploration into the possibility of training the novices into experts.
