The21st century is the era of highly-developed information and rapid-update knowledge. The countries around the world are training innovative talents in order to comply with the requirements of the times, and performing curriculum reform of basic education (curriculum reform for short) constantly. The early version textbooks of biology course do not meet the needs of social development, due to its " difficult, complex, partial, and old", and is also not conducive to improve students’ interest in learning, therefore hindered students’ learning motivation; the old teaching materials focused on "tank delivery-type acceptance of students" and "the teaching model of teacher indoctrination and student listening" are not conducive to training their own ability of explore, but not to the innovative thinking of students and the development of students’ intelligence either. Obviously, the textbook reform is necessary, and the curriculum reform of junior high school biology began as early as year of2005in China. However, the reform of senior middle school biology courses in Guangxi province will be conducted in September2012. The version of the People’s Education Press of high school biology textbooks including six volumes, I only put forward some teaching suggestions on the chapter of "the molecular of cell composition" of the first compulsory volume. Before the application of the new textbooks of Guangxi in September2012, these teaching suggestions enable us to proposed our own views, and then make our biology teacher in the tide of reform can easily realize the articulation of old and new textbooks, and to meet the needs of the reform as soon as possible, and to adapt to today’s college entrance examination, training more excellent talents for Guangxi province. In the process of research, I applied the research methods of comparison analysis, table-listing, enumerating, literature research, and questionnaire investigation, and furthermore proposed my proposal through the analysis mentioned above. This paper consists of three chapters. The first chapter on understanding and analysis of "thesis on China’s biology course", our new century biological curriculum reform to be learned, and the reform includes:first of all, new century middle school biology curriculum reform causes and goals; secondly, the biological curriculum concepts including concept of enhancement of the biological science accomplishment, all students oriented concept, initiating inquiry learning concept, paying attention to the relationship between life and theory; and lastly, biological curriculum student-training objectives including ability in knowledge, in the emotion attitude and values, and in the capacity. The second chapter of "new curriculum reform requirements for teachers" proposed that in the teaching process teachers should play the roles not only the student learning facilitators, but also a course developers and designers; based on theory of two chapters mentioned above, proposed a teaching proposal in the first volume, chapter two, and chapter three "the molecular of cell composition" of new biology textbook of senior middle school (edition of the People’s Education Press, preliminary permission in the beginning of year of2004).In this paper, in addition to the three chapters, the questionnaire also designed and implemented on investigation of the teachers and students (Appendix1,2,3,4). The final conclusion section is summary and prospect on the paper, and furthermore, the section points out the deficiencies and problems and the fuiuie work direction on this paper.
