| Along with the development of information technology,educational informationization is becomingmore and more important."Classes Communication" is appeared and developed along with the developmentof modern information technology and the network technology,which has importance influences to theteachers’ teaching behaviors in classrooms. The research of teachers’ teaching behaviors in classroomswhich is based on the "Classes Communication" has important theoretical and practical significance. It notonly can enrich the theories of classroom teaching behaviors but also help teachers improve their teachingbehavior to adapt to the new teaching environment, as well as can optimize the "Classes Communication"to meet the requirements of classes teaching.Through the analysis and generalization of literature,the paper did research on the class teachingbehavior at home and abroad, explored the connotation and denotation of the teaching behavior theories.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the author formulated the behavior observation table,which is suitableto teaching behaviors in classrooms for "Classes Communication", by on-the-spot investigation and askingfor teachers and students opinions,I have amended the table several times. According to my observationscale,I did careful observation and statistical data analysis about32classroom video and10on-the-spotclassroom teaching. I compared and analyzed the teachers’ classroom teaching behaviors from multipleperspectives of different grades, teachers gender, teachers age and so on, and thus reveal somecharacteristics and the laws of the teachers’ teaching behaviors in "Classes Communication".Firstly,we think the classroom teaching behavior is dominant behavior,that is to say, by the guidanceof the advanced educational philosophy, in order to facilitate students’ learning and all-round development,the teacher carried on teaching design on the purpose, also teachers carry out teaching activities by using all kinds of school supplies and tools in "Classes Communication" systems.Secondly,the paper suggests that classroom teaching behavior in "Classes Communication" systemsspecifically can be divided into six classes:teaching behavior, display behavior, demonstrates behavior,teacher-student interaction behavior, activities organizational behavior, teaching equipment-operationalbehavior, and they can be further divided into23kinds of teaching behavior.Finally,the paper analyzed the current situation of teachers’ teaching behaviors,found thatteacher-student interaction behavior is the highest frequency behavior, yet the frequency among the grades,teachers genders, teachers ages has some certain difference. But from the point of the grade, gender, age,subjects, the teachers’ behavior shows certain differences. In addition, by comparing between the collectionare sourced from the field classroom and teaching video,there is also certain difference in classroomteaching behavior between them. |
