One of the keys to study a language well is that the learners have to have the interest in the language study. An important task of English teaching is to try to stimulate students’ interest in English learning. Based on this reason, the games as an auxiliary form of teaching have been applied into the classroom English teaching. Scientific and rational games can not only stimulate students’ interest, increase knowledge, develop intelligence, but also help to develop their high moral character, or even to train their awareness of innovative thinking and teamwork.In addition, the games used in primary school English teaching, on one hand, can inspire students’ enthusiasm to learn English. They, on the other hand, can eliminate the fatigue of students’ learning. Most of all, it can improve the students’ ability to use language. The variety of the games were introduced into the classroom, not only making the primary school classroom become more and more dynamic, vivid and dramatic, but also making the pupils listen more carefully during the whole process of the English teaching.As a result, the pupils are so happy to learn and think. Therefore, the settings of games teaching in the primary school classroom ask for higher requirements. The set of the games should be consistent with the characteristics of primary school English teaching. We should also take into account the psychological development of the pupils.However, teachers may come across some problems when they are designing and using games in the actual classroom. These problems to some extent affected the effectiveness of classroom teaching. Therefore, in order to identify the typical problems of games teaching of Primary English classroom, the author investigates and analyzes the well-known primary school classroom. The solution is given on the basis of the above aspects. This study adopts literature methods, the summary of law, questionnaire, interviews and lectures recorded law methods and so on to explore the problems and solve the problems in time.
