The Influence And Countermeasures Of School Environment On Undergraduate Ideological And Political Education

Sukhomlinski once said:"All children are of great significance from around themselves environment which includes school-hallway, school-walls, classroom and activity room, for the formation of their mental outlook." We must strive "to make use of the environment and students create their own surroundings, and then make the rich collective production of everything to educate every people. This is one of the most delicate areas of the educational process." The Sukhomlinski discusses inspires to our: the environment has a great important influence on the formation and development of people’s ideological and moral, on the ideological and political education in the universities. In terms of ideological and political education, the school environment is particularly important. What effect of school environment has affect on the ideological and political education, how to optimize the school environment and then to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, is undoubtedly important issues.in the process of the ideological and political education theory and practice. Depth from the perspective of combining theory and practice to explore this issue is the subject of this article.In addition to Introduction, the full text divided into three parts:The first part explained the meaning and characteristics of the school environment. The school environment mentioned in this article refers to the sum of all factors, of within school which impacts moral and behavior of staff and students. Its features include an intuitive, enthusiasm and potential, the persistent, widespread, and normative.The second part mainly analyzes the impact of school environment on the ideological and political education. The author firstly discusses the influence mechanism of the school environment, that the impact on ideological and political education——"gear-linked reaction mechanism", and describes the content of the mechanism:" people" throughout the school environment and affect the process from beginning; the physical environment system is the basis of the impact of school environment on the ideological and political education; cultural and environmental systems is the core of the school environment and impacts the Ideological and Political Education;the system of institutional systems is the protection of the school environment of ideological and political education. On this basis, I focuses on the school environment on the ideological and political education: the school environment to provide the prerequisite and basis for the ideological and political education, to help improve the students’ sense of responsibility and mission, to help strengthen college students the effect of the ideological and political education, and then help to highlight the concept of "people-oriented" development.The third part is proposed to optimize the school environment, and improve ideological and political education of the effectiveness. The mainly countermeasures as follows:efforts to improve the protection mechanism of the construction of the school environment; vigorously to create a people-oriented atmosphere for education; to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and students, to participate in the school environment construction and the level of university logistics management, all-round to create a good school environment.
