With the increasing scale of the postgraduates, the problem of postgraduate quality is givenan increasing concern by the public and academic circles. Our country enacted Nationaleducation reform and development of long-term planning programs2010-2020in2010, in whichthe Article19refers to the question about the reform of postgraduate cultivation mechanism, andemphasizes the importance of tutors responsibility system for improving the postgraduate quality.Indubitability, the tutor plays a key role in postgraduate education, and the quality of the wholepostgraduates team depends on the quality and the level of the tutor team. So all the universitiesand colleges should construct a high-level tutor team to take the responsibility of cultivatingoutstanding postgraduate, and train more high quality specialized personnel and top creativetalents. The tutor team construction not only needs to consider about the tutor`s academicachievement, but their moral sentiment. It not only needs some external supports, such as,policies and funds from government and universities, but also needs communication andcooperation among the tutor team. In addition, the members in tutor team should have personalfavorable academic spirit, and integrate them these spirit into the team culture.Taking the history as a mirror, we can make the clear direction. At present, the Institute ofChinese Ancient Civilization Studies of Qinghua is still a pearl, which already has been shinningin the academic field and educational field. Just at that moment, five masters of Chinese, LiangQichao, Wang Guowei, Chen Yinque, Zhao Yuanren and Li Ji, got together in the Institute ofChinese Ancient Civilization Studies of Qinghua. In addition, Wu Mi took charge of the directorof academy. They trained more and more outstanding talents of Chinese field in short four years.To analysis the reason for Fame fills the world and Students fills the world, except the researchfor tutors’ personal factors, we should discuss it from the perspective of the tutors teamconstruction.So, this article studies the tutors team of the Institute of Chinese Ancient CivilizationStudies of Qinghua, and applies relative theories about organizational behavior. It analyzes anddiscusses from the perspective of the tutors team construction. Thus, it makes a conclusion abouthistory experience about the tutor team construction of the Institute of Chinese AncientCivilization Studies of Qinghua. Finally, it applies these valuable history experience to theanalysis about tutors team construction in universities nowadays. Team construction can bediscussed from three gradations of the organizational behavior theory.that is, individual, groupand system. On the individual level, it mainly stresses on bringing in the team talents, whichincludes team members’ abilities, personality characteristics and the roles configuration of team members, etc. In the group level gradation, it mainly discusses two dimensions about externalsupport and internal support of the tutor team, and it thinks that the success of tutors teamconstruction needs the school and leadership vigorously support. In the system level gradation, itmainly focuses on developing team culture. The base of new theory and perspective of analyzingreappear history with new posture so that it can get new history experience. Ultimately, thisarticle combines with these history experience, and comes up with specific suggestion abouttutors team construction of universities nowadays from three levels of individual, group andsystem.
