The teaching and researching activities for the general teachers inject new vitality. But, the study of primary and secondary school teachers’network-based teaching Study is not very perfect, it is necessary to investigate the status of the primary and secondary school teachers’ participation in the network research. The purpose is to know the problems of it and provide some promotion strategies for it.To middle and primary school teachers’ participation in the network-based teaching study of the status of the investigation and case analysis, From the network-based teaching study of teachers’attitude, participating in times, resource needs, interactive depth, the difficulties and so on, understand some of the basic situation of primary and middle school teachers’ participation in the network teaching and research activity. The conclusions are:the prevalence rate of the network-based teaching study is low, traditional teaching is dominant; the condition of the network teaching and researching activities need to be further improved conditions, the survey teachers’schools are lack of network teaching platform, stable network facilities, and resources, they are the important factors impeding the teacher developing network research activity; the understanding of the research on the network is not enough, especially for the network teaching platform, just as upload and download resources platform; The network teaching and researching activities are lack of the scientific and standard evaluation mechanism; The research interactive depth is not enough, most of the subject is based on the simple thinking shallow middle interaction, belongs to the deep interaction of which only little part.In order to raise the primary and middle school teachers’ participation in the Network-based teaching study’s enthusiasm, according to the investigation of primary and secondary school teachers in teaching and research network, it exists the primary problems: network teaching environment needs further improvement, network interactive depth is insufficiency, the network teaching management is behind. The reason of the problems is that the existing network research environment is not fully used and updated, teachers and related personnel research are lack of cooperation and sharing consciousness, it is lack of evaluation system, etc. Finally put forward the promotion strategies:from the network of cultural environment, the hardware and software environment of the teaching and research activity, optimizing the network research environment; through strengthening preparing the collective discussion of the network, be rich of the TingKe and PingKe way in the network, strengthening expert guidance, and the teaching and researching of activities’presider, and so on, strengthening network research activity design, improve the network interactive depth; establishing the evaluation mechanism, the constraint mechanism and incentive system standard network research organization management. |
