Mathematics as a tool for subjects is the foundation of modern science, and it has been widely used in real life. The mathematics education of pre-school children as one of the significant part of children’s all-round development is an important method of developing children’s curiosity, inquiry ability and building their confidence as well as training their preliminary logical thinking ability. However, due to the abstract logical knowledge of mathematics and the immature development of pre-school children’s intellectual.Therefore, without the aid of outside educational resources and under the traditional teaching mode, children’s understanding and mastery of mathematical concepts inevitably has difficulties and inadequacies.With the extensive application of computer as the core multimedia technologies, the education field of pre-school has also undergone a new change, advanced educational media and educational model for pre-school children mathematics teaching has brought new vigor. At present, there are a wide range of the child multimedia learning products on the market, but mainly to the kindergarten curriculum resources, mathematics as a single subject design and development of application software is relatively small. In addition, the software content mainly displays in a single form of animation or video, lacking of interaction and the quality is good and bad.At the beginning of this century, the schema files of the Ministry of Education clearly positioned the target of preschool mathematics education:"Feeling the relationship among the things from life and in the game as well as experience the importance and interesting of mathematics". According to this concept, this paper researched the design and development of interactive educational software in mathematics for pre-school children. On the basis of the study of the pre-school children’s mathematics learning and cognitive characteristics.i try to find a breakthrough, in this paper, Firstly, the theory of mathematics education and educational methods for pre-school children are described; Secondly, summed up the general principles and methods of the interaction design of this sort of software; Finally, on the special needs of this kind of software for pre-school children, combined with the syllabus and the actual situation i designed and developed a set to meet the needs of practical application, but also high cost of pre-school children math interactive teaching software.This study has an important theoretical and practical reference value to the design and development of children’s digital learning products.
