Trust is the basic professional nature throughout services which regards to the suppressing drug social work. Normally, it is believed that there is no professional sense of acceptance and feel without the trust from community drug treatment staff. In the new age, there is one argument that "social reformers" play dominate role in the work of drug addiction treatment. So, it is concluded that the issue of trust has become an essential research project in the area of economics, psychology, sociology and other scientific research.The tool of trust questionnaire is been used in this study to measure the level of trust which form the community drug social worker and therefore, generating a series of conclusion which reflect the status quo concerning he current community drug treatment staff lack of trust in social workers. Meanwhile, the correlation analysis of the level of trust is been conducted from five aspects covering gender, age, educational level, drug abuse age, family structure regarding the community drug treatment staff. Besides, the analysis is also been made via with case interview data from the low level of knowledge of the community drug treatment staff, low of social workers professional standards, professional organizations tend to the government, social cultural and institutional security. Building on above analysis, it is argued that the approach of "six in One"(anti-drug social workers’ agencies, social workers, community drug treatment staff,social cultural, institutional policies, social workers involved in the process) should be extremely helpful for this drug addiction progress. Thus, it is believed that this trust mechanism exert an influence on the development of community drug treatment staff of social workers and therefore, it is indeed that reducing the uncertainty of professional social workers involved in the process of integration into society. In short, this approach is viewed as an innovative thinking of community drug treatment staff.
