Professional identity is a complex and multidimensional concept and is an importantbranch of identity.In the traditional view, identity is seen as a stable and enduring ideas.However, in recent years, more and more "postmodern society construction ideas "appear,they think that identity develops through the interaction of the society.The reseacher choose the postgraduate of education as samples, using the quantitativeand qualitative research method to study the main factors of professional identity about thepostgraduate of education, and the main factors have shown differences in demographicvariables. The main purpose is to explore the influence factors of professional identity inpostgraduate education, in order to provide the think of the master’s degree of pedagogyprofessional identities strategy, solve education talents loss problem for college andrelevant government departments.This study is based on the cheap sampling and the step sampling, extracts220education postgraduate as samples from northeast normal university, liaoning normaluniversity, soochow university, nanjing normal university, fujian normal university andsouth China normal university. According to the survey and the data, the researchersmake the conclusion:1、In general,the master of professional identity is above the average level in thepostgraduate of education, it explains the postgraduate of education is agree with themajor.2、In demography variables, the postgraduate of education exists different degree ofsignificant differences in professional identities and each dimension.In the different gender, the professional identity of the postgraduate education isunder different degree of significant difference in"professional identity""professionalemotional""professional input""professional commitment""interpersonal support""professional qualified" under the condition that the number of men and women are equal proportion sampling.In the different grade,the professional identity of the postgraduate education doesnot exist significant differences in the overall variance inspection.but in different grade,there is difference between the extreme groups:In the first-year graduate students, thenumber of high group people is far more than the low group, illuminate the high degree ofprofessional identity with high group; In the third-year graduate students, the number oflow group people is more than the high group, illuminate that the extent of the professionalidentity gradually decline with grade increase.Whether intercrossing specialties or not, professional identity of the postgraduate issignificant differences in "professional commitment".In different professional category, professional identity of the postgraduate existssignificant differences in "professional commitment".In different professional volunteer, professional identity of the postgraduate existssignificant differences in "professional identity"、"professional emotional" and"professional goals".About different tutors, professional identity of the postgraduate exists significantdifferences in "professional commitment" and "professional goals".Different school levels, professional identity of the postgraduate exists significantdifferences in "professional identity""professional emotion" and "professional qualified".Different learning conditions, professional identity of the postgraduate existssignificant differences in "professional emotional"、"professional commitment"、"interpersonal support" and "professional goals".Under the condition of different original areas, professional identity of thepostgraduate exists significant differences in the "professional qualified".
