Field theory and the theory of dialogue, through historical research,literature analysis, case studies and other methods for teaching practice in theteachers’ right to speak the loss of the preliminary study. This article first areato define the concept of the right to speak, to analyze the teachers’ right tospeak within three games in the policy, school, classroom, and then pointedout that there are teachers say the loss of the status quo, ie administrativediscourse of teacher talk in the reality of the teaching process the right ofintervention, the teachers ’right to speak in school discourse in aphasia, aswell as the digestion of the teachers’ authority. In the second chapter, theanalysis of today’s society has a tremendous impact on the teachers ’right tospeak of three events, and a detailed analysis of the impact on teachers’ rightto speak. Finally, some of the recommendations proposed separately in threefield region hopes to improve the current situation of the teachers’ right tospeak, in order to be helpful.
