As College Students are socialist builders and successors, their political position and state of mind will have a profound impact on shaping the future of a socialist harmonious society and the realization of beautiful Chinese dream. Therefore, it is always a difficult mission for the colleges to strengthen our country’s ideological and political education of college students. The ideological and political theory courses are the main channels and positions to improve College Students’ ideological and political quality. As the interpreter of ideological and political theory, Marxist theory, and the designer of ideological and political theory field, their discourses’ quality and content have a great influence on the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course, the level of ideological and political theory absorbed by students. There is a necessary to have a research on the Ideological and Political Theory teachers’ discourse in classroom. In this paper, there is a research on how to improve the influence of teachers’ discourse in the classroom in the guidance of party’s 18 content and eighteen Third Plenary Session.The text is divided into three parts to discuss this.The first part explain the core concepts of the article-what the meaning and characteristic of the ideology and political theory teachers’discourse in the classroom is.Besides this, the paper points out that the ideological and political theory course teachers’ discourse is make of the explanatory power of the Marxist theory,the appealing to college students, the ability of communication with students and the Critical power to social reality and other elements that constitute, on this basis, to enhance the exploration of the meaning of the discourse of ideological and political theory course teachers influence students. And we introduce the significance of improving the influence of teacher’ discourse. Besides this, it is also the theoretical reason to find the causes and measures to increase the discourse power of teachers.The second part of the study is to investigate the problem and the cause of ideological and political theory course teachers’ discourse power in the classroom. Through the investigation and analysis of the teachers’ discourse in the classroom,we find the causes lie in the context of discourse, the differences between teachers’ and students’ discourse, teacher-student interaction and the strong attachment from teacher’ discourse to textbooks.And then it provides basis to search for the ways about how to add meaning of teacher’s discourse power.The third part is the research on how to enhance the influence of ideological and political theory course teachers’ discourse power in classroom. First, we should optimize the discourse environment, and regain the teacher’ authority of discourse. Second, it is necessary to eliminate the discrepancies and promote the exchange between teachers and students.Third,as teachers have the clear concept of discourse, and students participate in classroom discourse discussion actively, we can achieve the harmony between teachers and students’ discourse in classroom. If so we can explore a new path to enhance the power of ideological and political theory teachers’ discourse in classroom and cultivate the college students with good political consciousness, high ideological quality, and noble moral character of the students.
