Entered twenty-first Century, talents become "the first resource", colleges and universities in training human resources plays an obviously effect. University human resources is to popularize the knowledge of various disciplines and talents cultivating, is undoubtedly a very important position and role of human resources. Teachers in Colleges and universities is very important. Our country higher education human resources system to study, is the new understanding of human resources management in Colleges and universities is the key. The use of advanced information technology, information technology has gradually merged into the university human resources management system, build efficient, flexible information management system of human resources in our colleges and universities to improve the human resource management quality, for the establishment of strong country of human resources of the route one must take.At present, Inner Mongolia university sport teachers the level of human resources management in the past" traditional" mode, there are many management exists many problems, waiting for people to explore and solve. This research mainly uses:expert interview, literature, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other methods, to the enterprise human resources management theory, to the Inner Mongolia sport teachers in Colleges and universities human resources management present situation to carry on the research.The author obtained through research:First, through to the Inner Mongolia University of sport teachers in the current situation to undertake an analysis, Inner Mongolia university sport teacher shortage more serious, leading to its larger workload; titles and educational background structure basic reasonable, but still on the low grade, low education as the main body; Age structure mainly young and middle-aged, teachers have a strong development potential; sport teacher in Inner Mongolia college resource structure management needs to be further perfected. In second, Inner Mongolia college sport teacher human resources recruitment mechanism degree of rationality in the general level. Mainly by the sport management consciousness, management policy, management system of the selection constraints, need to further strengthen the university teacher recruitment policy. Improving the selecting mode of management, it needs to develop new ways, new ideas for hire. In third, Inner Mongolia college sport teachers’practical work performance and job performance still has difference, because the evaluation mechanism is not perfect, the single way, affects the teachers’working enthusiasm. We should formulate effective according to a rule of appointment system. In fourth, Inner Mongolia college sport teachers work potential has not yet been fully excavated. The incentive mechanism is not perfect, the teachers working enthusiasm has not been fully mobilized and dig out, we should strengthen the teachers’incentive mechanism, means and ways, improve the teacher s working, In fifth, the Inner Mongolia university sport teachers training status of human on recognition performance for general. This is teachers’task is onerous, sport teachers and professional knowledge, and teachers’level of understanding. Therefore,some colleges should strengthen the training for teachers support, formulate and improve the supporting policy. In sixth, Inner Mongolia college sport teacher human resources outflow phenomenon in the normal range. Main drain staff focused on middle-aged, highly educated, high or intermediate grade teachers, in which the male than female teachers.
