| With the ISO9000System’s development and perfection, it has become a kind of processmanagement and quality control system which can be used to ensure that the quality of theoperation of any units or organizatins with such system being applied in quite high level.And this system is now suitable to all industries, including the field of education. However,when such system being implemented, different schools have different results in managementeffects. In order to find out the reasons which caused such differences, this paper will takeWeifang Vocational Nursing College as an example, make analysis of the implementationeffects and the factors affecting the relationship between vocational schools, and explore thesuccessful factors and its resulting impact of the implementation of the ISO9000qualitymanagement system.Combining theoretical research methods and empirical research methods together, andthrough the reading and refining of the relevant theory and the consulting and interviewing ofthe relevant personnel responsible for the implementation of the system in shools or colleges,this paper will make some analysis of research hypothesis. And by designing thequestionnaire, collecting some staff data, and with using the SPSS software, this papwe willcarry on statistical analysis, and confirmethe original basic research hypothesis.By investing Weifang Vocational Nursing College, we can see that the implementationof the ISO9000quality management system can give such effectiveness of obvouslyimproving the quality of school management, and factors that well improved by theimplementation of ISO9000quality management system are the teaching conditions, trainingconditions, teachers and students. At the same time, certification consulting, staff support, fileoperation, system implementation improvement and specialized agencies are the main factorsobviously affecting the implementation of ISO9000quality management system. |
