This study by using themethod of literature, investigation and research, case research and experienceof research methods, in order to guide for the design and use of learning planfor breakthrough do thorough research, and on guiding case problems arecorresponding revision, and strive to the cultivation of students’ autonomouslearning, to think, actively explore the problems habit and ability, for thefuture of the students and lay the good foundation. The whole paper is dividedinto five parts： The first part is the introduction. Mainly introduces the problems ofanalyzing the background, concept definition, thoughts and methods, the researchtheory foundation, this paper analyzes the present situation of the researchat home and abroad.The second part is the historical guiding case design and use of the present.First of all, in our case history guided learning mode is presented, includingthe guidance idea, format project, basic requirements and procedures.
