In2004, the new curriculum reform with fresh ideas into high school teachingin shandong province, the core concept of the new curriculum reform, breakthrough the traditional teaching modes and methods, change to the teacher asthe center, student passive learning teaching methods, emphasis on"people-oriented", students will play a main role, let the students to becomethe owner of the classroom, paying attention to the students’ learning conceptand the cultivation of ability, to promote the all-round development of studentsand the sustainable development. Guiding case teaching mode is fully embody andcarried out the education concept.Our school history subject from2008weihai city eleventh five-year plan-theeffective teaching "subject research exhibition since, as an experimentalDianJiao started trying to guiding case teaching mode. Guiding case teachingfollows the students as the main body, the teacher for leading the teaching idea,the guiding case as a carrier, through the teacher’s guidance, the student tostudy independently, and fully cultivate students’ autonomous learning abilityand the good study habits, the teaching work of history to provide some help.But, with the guiding case research and implementation, the author found thatguided learning in design and use case process has many problems and theinsufficiency, part of the guiding case lack of operational and extension.Therefore, still need to learn in the case for the design and use of increasingresearch efforts, the profound understanding of the reasons, and puts forwardthe measures to solve these more effective shortage. This study by using themethod of literature, investigation and research, case research and experienceof research methods, in order to guide for the design and use of learning planfor breakthrough do thorough research, and on guiding case problems arecorresponding revision, and strive to the cultivation of students’ autonomouslearning, to think, actively explore the problems habit and ability, for thefuture of the students and lay the good foundation. The whole paper is dividedinto five parts: The first part is the introduction. Mainly introduces the problems ofanalyzing the background, concept definition, thoughts and methods, the researchtheory foundation, this paper analyzes the present situation of the researchat home and abroad.The second part is the historical guiding case design and use of the present.First of all, in our case history guided learning mode is presented, includingthe guidance idea, format project, basic requirements and procedures. Second,our history guiding the design of the case and use the interviews and studentsdo teacher questionnaire survey, and expounds the guiding the case of existingeffects and function.The third part is the historical guiding case design and use of existingproblems and analyzes the reasons. First of all, has analyzed teacher in thedesign guiding the problems existing in the case, and the causes of the problemsdo explored. Then, the article analyzes the students use case in guiding theproblems in the process of, and also the cause of the problems are discussed.The fourth part is our school history guiding case design and use of thestrategies and advice. In the second and the third part of the research andanalysis on guiding the design of the case puts forward some principles, andon guiding the design of the case puts forward some strategies and Suggestions;At the same time on guiding the use case puts forward some strategies andSuggestions, and puts forward some problems needing attention.The fifth part is the last word. Case teaching on guiding the future prospects.This study of the deficiencies, future will continue attention and research.
