Following lifelong education idea gradually into the heart and the realize of he teachereducation integration. Teachers’ professional development has become the mainstreamdiscourse international education.Professionals think that the necessary way is the pertinenceand effectiveness of specialized training, but in a actually, because professional training effectdid not get the teacher’s wide recognition, so the role and status has gradually weakened.Inthis background, this study through the investigation to professional training of primary andsecondary school teachers, based on the reference related literature at home and abroad, andfind the way to improve teachers’ professional training effectiveness,and hope to the part ofthis study can provide some theory and practice level reference for primary and middleschool teachers’ professional training practice and correlation academic research.This paper have five parts. The first part is introduction, include two parts: The firstaspect is the research background to retlect the paper, The second aspect is the researchmethods to solve the problems. The second part is investigation and attribution. Use the formof questionnaire to invest600teachers in3study periods from forteen schools in sevendowntown. The purpose is to reflect true situation about the primary and middle schoolteachers’ professional training, and then based on the practical problems to get the analysisand attribution. The third part is the literature, from domestic and foreign teachers’professional training and research status,the purpose is master the oretical frontiers and in thesame time to compare the situation of carrying out research results. The fourth part is thecountermeasures, based the realistic problems and literature research results to puts forwardthe basic advice.The last part is the conclusion. As the only road of teachers’ professionaldevelopment, based on follow the teacher professional development rule,through meet thereal demand of teachers to raise the primary and middle school teacher professional trainingpertinence and effectiveness.
