Teachers’ professional development has become the mainstreamdiscourse international education.Professionals think that the necessary way is the pertinenceand effectiveness of specialized training, but in a actually, because professional training effectdid not get the teacher’s wide recognition, so the role and status has gradually weakened.Inthis background, this study through the investigation to professional training of primary andsecondary school teachers, based on the reference related literature at home and abroad, andfind the way to improve teachers’ professional training effectiveness,and hope to the part ofthis study can provide some theory and practice level reference for primary and middleschool teachers’ professional training practice and correlation academic research.This paper have five parts.
