To comply with the development requirements for personnel training and effectivelyimprove the quality of education and teaching, Promoting the professional development ofteachers is becoming the trend of education reform and development in the nation. Because in-service training for teachers ’ professional development and progress is the main channel,it hasgot Increasing emphasis of education administrative departments and schools at all levels inChina. To improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers in the province as awhole, Shandong province has carried out a series of exploration on the model of teachertraining. In recent years, taking advantage of the development of modern informationtechnology , Shandong province is using web-based training for teachers’training.Since 2008, web-based training for teachers’training of Shandong province has been usedfor four years in a row. How about effects of this new model of training teachers in the practice?what problems are there?How do teachers participated in the training evaluate? Researching onthese issues,it has great practical significance for analysis summary of successful experiences inorganization and implementation of web-based training and resolving problems. The Author inthis paper is to investigate the implementation of web-based training in Shandong province,basedon these problems, using questionnaire and interview survey to investigate some of teachers whohave participated in training. First of all,it’s expected to survey teachers’evaluation on designand preparation of training content, using programming schedule and organization of trainingtime and manpower of the place.Then, the practical value of remote studies, existing problemand countermeasure are disscussed.This study is divided into six parts:Problem cause, Research purpose, significance, basic concepts, research results andresearch method,is disscussed. The part is to smooth good theoretical basis of follow-up studies.Part two is on overview of web-based training of teachers of primary and middle schools ofShandong province.It is about how to remote training organization for the Shandong provincialeducation authorities at all levels.It covers design and preparation of training content, usingprogramming scheduleThird part involves using the tools of investigation and implementation. The authordetermined the purpose of investigation and respondents.And questionnaire’s content, reliabilityand validity is anlyzed.The author also anlyzed payment, recovery, reliability and validity.Part four is on the results of the questionnaire and interview survey statistics and analysis.In order to show survey content intuitive and visually, I used the chart to access the data andstatistics. The part is to provide the factual basis of the conclusions of the study.Part five is a summary of practical value and issues addressed on the basis of results got inthe survey. The valuein the teachers ’ professional development is asserted.And the problemsabout teaching schedule of events and time stress, lack of surveying teachers, network offeedback mechanisms and other issues for discussion are discussed too.Part six is to make recommendations to resolve main problems existing in the process ofstudying. According to the survey of demand and study on the training models, the author tries toanswer how to improve remote exploration of organizing and implementing work.
