As the main body in the teaching process,the quality of teachers has a direct impact on the quality of education.The limited teaching conditions in rural schools,the absence of a good teaching and research environment in schools and the economic and cultural isolation of the surrounding environment,it has hindered the improvement of the professional quality and ability of rural teachers.In recent years,the state and relevant education authorities have gradually increased the importance of rural teacher training,Guizhou Province has also taken corresponding measures to support the professional development of rural primary school teachers,and then carried out various training work.However,from the perspective of the current situation,the supply of various service elements in the professional training of primary school teachers in rural areas of Guizhou Province is out of step with the training demand of primary school teachers in rural areas of Guizhou Province,resulting in unsatisfactory training results for primary school teachers in rural areas of Guizhou Province at present,has Hindered the development of the basic education in the countryside.In this study,the supply and demand of teachers' professional training in 21 rural primary schools in five counties of Guizhou Province were investigated by questionnaire and interview.The results show that the supply and demand of primary school teachers in rural areas in Guizhou are unbalanced in many aspects of training service factors.The following problems are found in the professional training of primary school teachers in rural areas of Guizhou Province: The imbalance between supply and demand of training opportunities,the imbalance between supply and demand of training places,the imbalance between supply and demand of training forms,the imbalance between supply and demand of training teachers,the imbalance between supply and demand of training contents,the imbalance between supply and demand of training assessment methods,and the poor training effect.According to the existing problems from the government level,the school level and the participating individual level to analyze the causes,it concludes that the resources are insufficient,the number of high-level teachers is limited,the training communication channel is not smooth,the training content is not targeted,and the training assessment method is not scientific The school pays insufficient attention to the training,the push mechanism is not sound,does not display the participating teacher demonstration effect,lacks the training incentive measure;Teachers' lack of motivation for professional development,lack of a correct understanding of training,contradictions between work and study affect teachers' enthusiasm for training.Based on the analysis,the following improvement strategies are proposed: the Government strengthens the management,the school strengthens the efficiency management and the training individual takes the initiative to improve the professional development literacy.The government should enlarge the input of training resources,increase the supply of suitable training teachers,improve the communication channel of teacher training,classify the training teachers into different levels,and set up scientific training assessment methods Schools should encourage teachers to participate in training,rationally allocate opportunities for teachers to participate in training,pay attention to the role of teachers after training to lead the demonstration,improve incentives for teachers to participate in training;Participants should take the initiative to enhance their own professional capacity and enhance training awareness.
