Research On Influencing Factors Of Nanning College Femaie Teachers To Do Leisure Sport

The human beings are facing the advent of the leisure ages in the21st century,which is unparalleled in history, and they will step into a new stage which has aradical change in human living state. Leisure sport is a heathy way to spend thespare time. It plays an important role in boosting physical and emotional health,getting spiritual dynamic and improving the entire quality of human etc. Againstthe background of development of leisure sport, though the woman leisure sporthas greatly developed, some distance still exists comparing with the developedcountries. Compared to women, college women teachers have following features:stable income, high level of knowledge, abundance of free time, and less contactwith school managerial personnel at work etc. It is necessary to have a furtherstudy on college female teachers for learning more influencing factors of them totake part in the leisure sport activities and enhancing leisure sport development.This research takes440female teachers of Guangxi University and otherseveral colleges in Nanning as the subjects for this investigation. Personal factorsto restrict them to do the leisure sport are: income level, technical ability needed and leisure habit. Family factors conclude: housework quality and attitude of theirfamily. Society aspects are: accessibility of the playing field, companions, relaxedatmosphere at work and regulations and policies of the state.This thesis consists of four parts. The first part is a brief introduction toreasons for choosing the topic, purpose and significance of the study, review ofresearch and hypotheses etc. The2ndpart is about object of study and someresearch methods. The3rdpart is an analysis of the result. That part analyzesinfluencing factors of college women teachers’ leisure sport in Nanning from theangle of Personality, family and society based on basic condition of object of studyand analysis of the actuality to take leisure sport activities. At the end of the thesis,some improvement ideas and suggestions are raised with aims according theconclusion which is given from the above analysis.
