Research On Female Teachers Of Different Levels Participate In Leisure Sports In Henan Province Under The Construction Of Leisure Sports Index System

The promulgation and implementation of the National Fitness Regulations and the "Healthy China2030" Planning Outline reflect the country’s ardent expectations of the people to maintain physical health and actively participate in fitness activities,emphasizing the vigorous promotion of a healthy and civilized lifestyle and the promotion of a healthy China.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to carry out extensive national fitness activities and accelerate the development of a strong sports nation.Promoting the continuous development of leisure sports can better promote people’s health and help a strong sports nation.Female teachers are not only good teachers and friends of students,but also important roles of "mother","wife" and "daughter" in the family.It is of great significance to study the actual situation of female teachers’ leisure sports participation awareness,behavior and consumption in promoting their leisure sports participation.This article takes the Female teachers of different levels Participating in Leisure Sports in Henan Province Under the construction of leisure sports index system as the research object,uses the Delphi method to construct a leisure sports index system,generates a questionnaire on the basis of this index system,conducts a survey and research,adopts the questionnaire survey method,mathematical theory Statistical methods and other methods are used to investigate female teachers in seven cities of Zhengzhou,Xinxiang,Luoyang,Kaifeng,Anyang,Xinyang,and Shangqiu,and investigate and analyze their awareness,behavior,and consumption of leisure sports,Aiming to understand the actual situation of different levels of female teachers participating in leisure sports in Henan Province,focusing on comparing the differences of different levels of female teachers participating in leisure sports,and put forward practical countermeasures,with a view to provide a reference for the female teachers of different levels in Henan Province to better participate in leisure sports.Concluded as follow:1.Construct a leisure sports index system through the Delphi method:Under the theoretical background of anthropology,sociology,biology,psychology and economics,based on the existing research results of leisure sports,combined with the scientific,systematic,comprehensive and operable principles of building an indicator system,The indicators of the indicator system were preliminarily screened out,and the indicator system was revised in two rounds using the Delphi method.In the end,a first-level index of leisure sports was adopted,and three second-level indexes respectively defined leisure sports consciousness,leisure sports behavior,leisure sports consumption and19 third-level indicators.2.Research on Female teachers of different levels Participate in Leisure Sports in Henan Province:(1)In terms of leisure sports awareness: Attitudes and satisfaction levels of female teachers at different levels in Henan Province have significant differences.Female teachers in colleges are more active in leisure sports than female teachers in primary and middle schools;female teachers in elementary and high schools are more satisfied with participation in leisure sports;physical fitness,maintaining body shape,and alleviating stress are the main purposes of female teachers participating in leisure sports.(2)In terms of leisure sports behavior: Female teachers at different levels in Henan Province have significant differences in the number of times they participate in leisure sports,the time they participate in leisure sports,and the intensity of times they participate in leisure sports.Walking,running,and yoga are the most frequently participated leisure sports programs for female teachers;most female teachers choose to exercise at a free leisure stadium,and fewer people join fitness clubs;female teachers choose to participate in leisure sports venues in accordance with the nearest principle,go to The leisure stadium is themain reason for green behavior;short distances,good site conditions,and free of charge are the most important factors for female teachers to choose a leisure stadium.Self-limitation is the main limiting factor for female teachers to participate in leisure sports,and awareness-raising strategies are female teachers’ participation in leisure The main workaround adopted by sports.(3)Leisure sports consumption: The attitudes of female teachers at different levels in Henan Province towards leisure sports consumption,the main types of consumption,the monthly consumption quota,and the main payment methods of consumption all have significant differences.Most female teachers have a positive attitude towards leisure sports consumption.The proportion of physical consumption is relatively large,but the amount of consumption is low.Quick payment by mobile phone has become the main payment method.The purchase of leisure sports equipment follows the principle of rational and moderate consumption.Focusing on brands,sports events and celebrities play the most important role in promoting leisure sports consumption for female teachers in elementary schools.
