Research On Leisure Sports Participation Of Female Teachers In Colleges And Universities In Henan Province

With the development of China's economy and the improvement of comprehensive national strength,people's living standard has gradually entered into a well-off society.The level of material life has been greatly improved.People's ideology has also changed.They have begun to pursue spiritual life satisfaction and enjoy life.Nowadays,the development of science and technology has greatly saved the time of social labor,and people's spare time has increased.How to effectively use this spare time is the most talked topic nowadays.Women play the most important role in the progress of human society.They shoulder the responsibility of "half sky".Their leisure problems are important parts that can not be ignored.The improvement of women's social status,get rid of the shackles of traditional ideas,have embarked on a job to become the occupation female,but they also increases the pressure,not only to do their work to take care of the family,so the research significance of female occupation of major social leisure activities.Female teachers in Colleges and universities are special groups of professional women.Their educational level is high,their work and research tasks are heavy,and their leisure time for recreational sports is insufficient.Their health problems deserve attention.Based on the above reasons,this paper chooses university female teachers as the research object,and finds out the problems through studying the present situation of the leisure sports participation of university female teachers,so as to guide college female teachers to participate in leisure sports activities and promote their physical and mental health development.This paper is to select normal university female teachers in Henan Province as the research object,the Henan Normal University,Xinyang Normal University,Nanyang Normal University,Luoyang Normal University,Anyang Normal University,Zhengzhou Normal University,Zhoukou Normal University,Shangqiu Normal University,the 8 normal universities were investigated by using the method of literature,questionnaire,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and so on,to understand the female normal university the teacher of the Henan Province health status,leisure time,leisure sports participation status,find out problems,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,to promote the normal university female teachers in Henan province to participate in leisure sports provide a good reference.Through the investigation,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the self-assessment status of female teachers in normal universities in Henan province is mainly in sub health status,accounting for 54.6% of the number of respondents,and is highly aware of the participation in leisure sports.It is believed that we need to participate in leisure sports to improve health in our daily life,but the leisure time that teachers have every day is insufficient,71.7% The teachers' leisure time is less than 2 hours,and the satisfaction of their leisure time is not high;the channels of obtaining leisure sports information are mainly based on TV and network media.(2)the female teachers in Henan teachers' colleges and universities have a high degree of participation in leisure sports,but they have not formed the habit of regular exercise.The purpose of participating in leisure sports is to enhance the physical fitness and to reduce the pressure in work and life,and the form of participation in leisure sports is only the choice of family and colleagues.The leisure sports activities organized by various trade unions and associations effectively stimulated the enthusiasm of female teachers.(3)the female teachers in Henan teachers' colleges and universities participate in the 3-4 times of leisure sports every week,accounting for 55.3% of the total number of participants,reaching the requirement of exercise;the time of participation in leisure sports is mainly concentrated in the evening;the time of each activity is between half an hour and 2 hours,and the intensity of each activity is mostly moderate to medium perspiration.The state of the state.(4)the female teachers in Henan teachers' colleges and universities choose the leisure sports stadium mainly in the park square and the unit stadium;the choice of leisure sports is rich in content,diverse in interest,mainly with aerobic sports,which is in line with the physiological characteristics of women themselves.(5)the leisure sports consumption of female teachers in normal universities in Henan province is mainly under 1000 yuan(53.5%),and the consumption structure is mainly based on physical consumption of sports clothing and fitness equipment.The motive of consumption also focuses on the function of participating in leisure sports and promotes the healthy development of the body.(6)the attitude of female teachers in Henan normal universities to participate in leisure sports in special physiological period is the same.The menstrual period is mainly due to its own physical state and fear of harm to the body.Only 20.8% of the female teachers in this period think they can participate in leisure sports;the pregnancy is mainly influenced by the traditional thought,the attitude of the family,and the advice of the doctors,only8.0% of the teachers think they can carry out leisure sports activities.Later,in order to restore the figure,the demand for beauty increased,and the awareness of participating in leisure sports increased.(7)the main factors affecting the participation of female teachers in Henan normal universities are the lack of leisure time,the great pressure of working life,the interest in participating in leisure sports,and the organizational form of sports venues and leisure sports and so on.
