Since the perform of the new curriculum reform, the high school chemistryemphasizes the experiments and the students’ self-study ability on the basis of theoriginal teaching methods, and supplemented by teacher explaining teaching methods.Therefore, the requirements are becoming higher for teachers than ever before, and theclass teaching language, as a basic skill of teaching career, young teachers areresponsible to improve and train this skill before or after their posts continuously. Theauthor combines the experience and communication with other young teachers in thepractice school, and puts forward that the training strategies of language teaching skillsare essential, and the most important for new young teachers. Therefore, the authorexplore the training strategies of language teaching skills from the linguistics angle as astarting point, from aspects of the basic structure and elements of language.First of all, study the linguistics on basis of the language, and classify the relevantlinguistics and class teaching language concepts. Second, classify the languagestructures suitable for the class teaching on the basis of linguistics theories, through thelanguage structure systems, they are, pronunciation—normalization the use ofmandarin; Semantic—accurate and proper use of the teaching language;grammar—Concise use of the teaching language. On this basis, summarize the basicfeatures of the class teaching language through the theory and the practice. Again, putsforward the types and the formation of the class teaching language respectively, and themain contents of the young teachers’ teaching language skills train. Comprehensivelyevaluate the pros and cons of language teaching skills from the language express ability,language teaching skills and language art ability From the problems existed in youngteachers in the class teaching language, possibly overall describe the cultivation systemand training strategies from aspects of the pre-vocation, vocation and post-vocation. Asto help the young teachers familiar with teaching as soon as possible, and complete theteaching mission perfectly.In this paper, the training strategies just play a guiding role, are instructive for theactual teaching but not decisive. And young teachers should choose the suitable strategies, and unite with their own the class teaching language and form their ownteaching language styles, as to better complete the teaching tasks, perfect the teachingmethods and improve the teaching quality.
