This thesis studies School W's open classes as an example of promoting the specialization of young teachers. The current situation of School W's open class teaching is analyzed based on the teaching competition and Qinglan Project demo-teaching activities and from three angles in terms of over -performance in class teaching, simplicity of assessment system, poor instructed specialization development of young teachers. To solve the problem, activity implementation plan was proposed and the teaching evaluation system was completed. Based on the author's teaching experience and practical cases, this thesis mainly discusses the features and aspects that should be improved in School W's teaching competition and Qinglan Project demo-teaching activities. Three research methods which include literature research, case study, practical planning are adopted for analyzing the paper. Literature research is a method used for the analysis of development of specializations of young teachers in current open class teaching through reading and concluding papers and works on open class teaching from home and abroad. Case study is adopted for bringing out problems, analyzing problems and solving problems from real teaching practices of School W's teaching competition and Qinglan Project demo-teaching activities. Practical planning, referring to the author's real teaching practices, is used to bring out the most practical teaching plan for School W's open class teaching activities, and eventually make open class teaching a real form of teaching in class that can reflect problems in teaching rather than a class of over-performances. Also, a scientific evaluation system for open class teaching in School W should be built. By the intrinsic motivation oriented developmental evaluation system that focuses on process and strengthens participation, the specializations of young teachers can be well-developed. Class evaluation system should be scientifically built whose methods should be better improved and teaching evaluation should be based on learning of students. Individual development of each student should be paid attention to, and the young teachers should be motivated to make innovations and breakthroughs in open class teaching.
