Practical training is an important part of vocational education and education,and practical teaching ability is an important part of the teaching ability of young teachers in practical training courses of higher vocational colleges.The improvement of the practical teaching ability of young teachers in the practical training courses of higher vocational colleges and universities has an important impact on improving the overall level of the teaching team of higher vocational colleges and universities.This study takes the young teachers of the practical training course of Higher Vocational Colleges in Yunnan Province as the research object,comprehensively uses the literature research method,the investigation research method,the statistical analysis method,and combines the teacher professional development theory,the constructivist learning theory,and the structural teacher ability theory to design the research plan.First,the applied literature research method collates and analyzes the relevant research materials of domestic and foreign scholars on the practical teaching ability of teachers in vocational colleges and universities in recent years,and determines the analytical dimensions of the practical teaching ability of practical training teachers,including the development,design,implementation,management,reflection and evaluation ability of practical teaching.Second,the questionnaire was designed and compiled,and the survey sample was analyzed by using data analysis tools to explore the current situation of the practical teaching ability of young teachers in the practical training courses of higher vocational colleges and universities in Yunnan Province.Third,interviews and surveys were conducted on young teachers,teaching management,heads of cooperative enterprises,and students in the practical training courses,and the dilemma of improving the practical teaching ability of young teachers in the practical training courses of yunnan vocational colleges and universities was deeply analyzed and its influencing factors,and feasible countermeasures were proposed.The research results show that at present,the practical teaching ability of young teachers in the practical training courses of higher vocational colleges in Yunnan Province is at the intermediate level as a whole,and the difficulties they face mainly include: insufficient practical training experience,poor professional development channels,imperfect construction of the training system,imperfect evaluation system,etc.;the main reasons for in-depth exploration are: the awareness of self-development of young teachers in the practical training courses is not strong,the lack of relevant school systems,the lack of active participation in enterprises,and the imperfect government guarantee system.According to the above problems and influencing factors,combined with the relevant theoretical basis,starting from the four levels of teachers themselves,higher vocational colleges,industry enterprises,and government departments,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the practical teaching ability of young teachers in practical training courses of higher vocational colleges.
