Study On The Medical Insurance System Of College Students In Shanxi

With the growing scale of higher education, college students in China are increasing.The original college medical, commercial insurance abuses increasingly prominent, has been unable to meet the actual demand of Medical College students.2008, the state will students into the urban residents medical insurance pilot limits, marking the Chinese undergraduate medical insurance reform officially launched.2009, Shanxi Province issued "General Office of Shanxi provincial government on college students to participate in the basic medical insurance for urban residents to carry out an opinion", requirement of Provincial College of accepting higher education full-time college students, full-time graduate students into the basic medical insurance for urban residents.This article take the Shanxi university students’medical security system as the research object, to Shanxi Province four universities of Taiyuan were investigated, using literature research method, comparative analysis, example analysis summary method, on Shanxi college students’medical insurance system theory and history, analyses the current situation, causes, and draw lessons from abroad successful experience, put forward the corresponding policy and suggestions for reform.This article is divided into five chapters:the first chapter, University Students’ medical insurance system research, introduced the research background and the significance, domestic and foreign research trends, research contents and methods; the second chapter, University Students’ medical insurance system and put forward theoretical basis; the third chapter, with four colleges and Universities in Taiyuan city as an example, on Shanxi college students’ medical insurance the current situation of the system and problem undertake an analysis, through theoretical and empirical analyses, make us more in-depth understanding of Chinese college students’medical insurance system; the fourth chapter, a detailed study of the foreign students’ medical insurance system, summarizes its main characteristic, draw lessons from foreign successful experience, summed up the Shanxi college students’ medical insurance the enlightenment of the system; the fifth chapter, combine our province actual situation, to the relevant subject put forward to perfect our college students’ medical insurance system and policy proposals.
