Innovation not only is the soul of a nation but also is an inexhaustible power for this country’s prosperity. However, the method of Indoctrination, memory type and standardization of the teaching method can’t satisfy the requirements to develop students’ innovation ability and the innovation consciousness requirements The nature of the innovation capacity is a problem-solving ability which has been paid attention to the education sector of the world. The experts believe, if the problem will be solved effectively, the design for mathematical problems will plays an important role in the process of Problem-solving. The designed mathematical problems is based on a situational which will be interesting and can inspire students desire to explore situations. Simultaneously, In the process of teaching, we need timely guidance and feedback the conditions of the students. It can help train the students’ innovation consciousness, develop innovative thinking and build the knowledge level. Combines the new syllabus of middle school, this paper will use the ideas and concepts of multimedia education system to solve mathematical problems. And the same time, under the study analysis, we use the cybernetics, item response theory as a foundation, employ network education means, and carry out teaching activities and applied research for ours targeted.This paper based on Interactive Multimedia Exercise, capture the students’process of solving math problems by information technology means, Through the way of modeling for evaluation, find the students’ problems and and provide targeted help, Thus greatly improve the mathematics problem-solving ability of high school students, middle school mathematics learning method of improvement, overcome the students’ mathematics learning difficulties.Using the test system and the site, students can timely feedback, define their own learning state and problems; According to the changing state, the teacher can constantly adjust teaching contents and methods, make the best of teaching plan, so that in a control model students constantly improve ability of solving math problem. Through the pilot and research shows that in real learning condition the student who participate the pilot, the solving problems ability have been significantly improved.
