The academic misconduct common let people have to begin to pay close attention to this phenomenon, the mess behind the limitless crisis, to find a bound to bring to the academic circle for the future. Graduate students in different undergraduate, that is the backbone of academic research, is the development of academic power. But unfortunately, as advanced knowledge of the graduate student of molecules can also be difficult to consciously abide by the academic norms and became the high-risk groups of academic misconduct. People begin to wonder why a years education graduate student does not have the ability of creation and can only repeat the words you say. Take seriously to curb the problem of graduate academic misconduct and the healthy and orderly development of the academic circles has important theoretical and realistic significance.The author for further research on this problem, read a lot of text material, and find, to the academic circles as the research object from different Angle to the analysis of the academic misconduct more, there is no lack of among them from the Angle of sociology, management, and explores the causes and not cause academic management strategies, but to graduate this group devoted to the study of less. This paper based on the master graduate student of this special group. In the survey, and on the basis of real data with specific reflects in hainan university as an example the master graduate student of academic ethics of the present situation and the specific form of expression, and based on this, the paper analyzes from the subjective and objective cause the cause of the state, and in the light of the reasons of the countermeasures.The article consists of five parts, the first chapter mainly introduces the research status at home and abroad and the research method and theory and its practical significance. The second chapter first of all academic misconduct concepts are clearly defined, followed by a distinguished academic misconduct, academic corruption and loss of academic norms three difference, again foreign control of academic misconduct in specific measures, finally summarizes the foreign control of academic misconduct in practice and its reference for china. The third part introduces the academic misconduct literature detection system, followed by the specific description of the system and the role of vulnerability, finally overview summarizes the graduate student academic misconduct form. The fourth part summarizes the cause of Postgraduates’academic misconduct reason, as shown in the following seven aspects:(a) dislocation academic values;(two) postgraduate academic moral quality flaw, self-discipline consciousness;(three) graduate student doesn’t have the academic research ability;(four) academic curriculum vacancy;(five) academic evaluation system is insufficient;(six) the influence of instructors teach by precept and example;(seven) not perfect academic supervision and punishment mechanism. The fifth part elaborated the prevention countermeasures of postgraduate academic misconduct, specifically to take the following measures:to establish postgraduate specialized academic supervision punishment mechanism, increase the punishment of academic misconduct actors; improve the graduate students’academic morality and self-discipline consciousness; the formation of effective postgraduate academic rules, and in the course of joining the academic norm related knowledge; taking the lead role in the play a tutor; forming multiple graduate student academic evaluation system.
