Research On Academic Normsof Graduate Students In Colleges And Universities Under The Academic Misconduct Detection System

In the 2019 Government Work Report,it was proposed to "strengthen research ethics and academic conduct,punish academic misconduct,and combat impetuosity".The quality of postgraduate training determines the level of high-level talents in our country and is the lifeline of higher education.With the rapid development of today,the attitude of putting efficiency first encourages some graduate students to rush for success in academic research and lack of accumulation of professional knowledge,which leads to various cases of academic misconduct coming into the public eye,weakening the credibility of academic research among the public and violating the original intention of higher education.In order to effectively control the academic misconduct,the "China National Knowledge Network" and other academic misconduct detection systems have been developed to control and manage the academic misconduct of postgraduate students.However,it has spawned some new problems,such as plagiarism means more covert,anti-detection means,third party ghostwriting,copycat system and so on.Under the emerging technology,how to regulate the academic behavior of postgraduate students and how to build a good academic integrity environment have become the key topics of postgraduate education.In this paper,the integrated use of literature analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis,questionnaire investigation,around the master graduate student this group carries on the thorough analysis,understand the master graduate student groups in the paper copy or plagiarism,tamper with the published data,the third party,or writing generation,a draft cast more academic misconduct,fabricate references,etc.Based on the analysis and comparison of the domestic mainstream academic misconduct detection systems,five theses of postgraduate students are selected to carry out the actual testing,and the differences of the six domestic mainstream academic misconduct detection systems are demonstrated,and the existing problems of the detection system are explored from two aspects of recall rate and precision rate.In the related literature theory analysis and misconduct detection system using contrast,on the basis of academic misconduct detection system was put forward that may affect the three factors of academic integrity among postgraduate: choice of misconduct detection system,testing system of misconduct sources,academic misconduct understanding the function of the detection system.Content of the questionnaire is designed,and in the form of questionnaire to the college graduate student,domestic collected after get the data using spss21 statistical analysis,it is concluded that the academic misconduct detection system sources,academic misconduct understanding the function of the detection system of master graduate student had a great effect on academic integrity,verify the misconduct detection system of master graduate student academic integrity a significant impact.In view of the existing problems,based on the empirical results and combining with the current situation of the development of the academic norms for master students in China,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions for the better development from four aspects: the optimization countermeasures of the academic misconduct detection system,the cultivation of the academic norms for master students,the formulation of the academic misconduct laws and regulations,and the optimization of the academic environment.
