In recent years, the frequently academic misconduct in universities of our country has aroused widespread concern in society and academia. The Ministry of Education and major universities have taken the appropriate" sanctions and regulatory systems, but did not achieve substantial results, instead, the opposite trend emerged. The domestic and foreign relevant researches respectively explain the reason of academic misconduct. Of particular concern is that more and more scholars began to focus on academic research ethics.The study will choose the status of graduate academic as research object, then carry on a dynamical and comprehensive study on the status of graduate academic from such three aspects as attitudes, emotions, behavior and combine scenes stories. And accurately understand the academic ethics level and conditions of graduates and to provide relatively real reports for collage decision-making departments to find the core problem, promote national and educational management departments to formulate comprehensive policies and pertinently carry out the work to contain the frequency academic misconduct of universities, upright academic attitude, and purify the academic atmosphere. Through the investigation and analysis of the academic misconduct issues’reason and give some suggestions to solve the problem of graduate academic misconduct. This study is divided into the following six parts.The first part is introduction. Elaborate the topic background and reason, discusses the research of the theory meaning and realistic meaning.The second part is the literature review and theoretical basis. Firstly, define the concept of academic misconduct, and distinguish the difference between academic misconduct and academic misconduct, academic corruption. Then analyze the theoretical basis of this study and build academic values. Finally, review the literature from academic misconduct issues forms, causes and countermeasures, find the lack of existing research, and provide a theoretical basis for this study.The third part is the research design and implementation. From the empirical point of view, design the ressearch hypothesis, design the questionnaire,and interview outline. Then testing the reliability and validity to prove that this research have certain Scientifi-city and credibility.The fourth part is the results analysis. First of all, the academic values of disorder is the key factor of misconduct problem, mainly carry on the analysis from the level of academic ethics in colleges graduate students and the different dimensions of graduate student academic ethics level. Second, the imperfect rules of "method" is one of the important reasons of misconduct problems.mainly carry on the analysis from the cognitive, emotional, behavior tendency and tolerance on academic misconductThe fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions. Solve the problem of academic misconduct needs co-efforts from government, society, universities, scholars and students. Put forward the proposal mainly from two aspects, establish the academic value and perfect rules and regulations, to solve the problem of academic misconduct.The sixth part is the conclusion. Summarizes the main content and deficiencies.In the perspective of academic ethics to study the issue of academic misconduct has a double meaning in theory and practice. It is hoped that by conducting the study on the issue of graduate academic misconduct, we could make the whole society care and think more about the problem and provide beneficial conditions for maintaining the pure environment of academic and the image of the country.
