In the present days, the education of vocational school is an important part of advanced educations, which takes up the responsibility of raising qualified and practical talents. As the fast development of legal constructions in China, the basic plan of "governed by laws, constructing legal socialism" asks higher requirements to the labors. As the important base of legal education, vocational schools cultivate the students who not only can mater technique abilities and noble morals, but also foster their legal attainment. Specialized talents with legal attainments are more suitable for the modernization. However, the illegal phenomenon of students in vocational schools is getting seriously day by day. It reflects that the law consciousness and concepts should be improved urgently. So in the background of economy developing quickly and governed by laws, facing the pressure of obtaining employment and surviving in the society, vocational schools should improved their teaching materials and methods with new ideas. Besides, connecting the features of themselves, they should stress the cultivation of integrated legal attainments, for the purpose of raising the validity of legal education. The students from vocational schools are not only the pillars who undertake the mission of develop China vigorously, but also the fresh activists of constructing the legal system. Their legal consciousness and attainment are connected with the process of governed by laws. The students of vocational schools are very special and there are practicing significances in studying the legal education of students in vocational schools.
