Research Report On Legal Education In Secondary Vocational Schools

In recent years,the crime rate of secondary vocational students has risen significantly.Although the national secondary vocational schools have gradually started to set up the rule of law education courses,but the teaching situation is not optimistic,there are also many problems,there is a lack of in-depth research on the current situation of the rule of law education in secondary vocational schools in China.The author completed a survey of 12 teachers of rule of law and 311 students of secondary vocational schools through questionnaire and interview.Related to their Jining City,8 secondary vocational schools rule of law education teaching situation.At the same time,it reviews a large number of domestic and foreign literatures about the rule of law education in secondary vocational schools.After integrating the data and information,this paper describes the teaching situation of the rule of law education in the secondary vocational and technical schools of Jining from the angles of classroom teaching,teachers,families and so on.On the basis of the above investigation and analysis,the author puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the legal education of the students in secondary vocational schools:first,optimize the teaching staff,improve the classroom teaching,clarify the teaching purpose and strengthen the construction of the legal team,and secondly,adjust the concept of legal education.We should highlight the main position of students in legal education,strengthen the cultivation of students' awareness of rights,attach importance to the experience of students' legal value to increase the sense of obligation and responsibility,and actively cooperate with parents in setting up a correct concept of family education.The third is to strengthen the construction of legal education guarantee system,formulate a complete supervision system to ensure the amount of class,encourage teachers to compile school-based teaching materials,create a good campus legal education environment,net Network to create positive energy education environment,the school,society,school closely combined.This paper analyzes the current secondary vocational school legal education problems,and put forward the corresponding solutions.It is expected to promote the healthy development of legal education in jining and even the whole country.
