The speed of the core, high-intensity, the rhythm of modern training concept hasbroken the traditional Long Distance is a general aerobic metabolism basedEndurance. Sports institutions as the national reserve sports talents training base witha variety of advanced equipment and scientific training, sufficient resources andenvironment on the high-level athletes strive to improve the level of athletes incompetitive sports for the country to contribute.Intensity control is always a difficult problem to solve existing fitness toathletes. Ultimate strength approaching the training mode is to control the strength ofa Middle Distance Long Distance training concept for the current speed for the corestrength of proposed training model. This mode, the cycle plan to gradually increasethe intensity of training and approaching the ultimate strength to break the speedhazard for training purposes, the development of athletes’ speed endurance. Bloodlactate, heart rate, morning pulse, and other indicators to monitor training intensity,interval time, load adaptability, and timely feedback to ensure that the scientificnature of the training. The model is characterized by: the method is easy to monitorthe form of simple, cost less, can be applied in certain training-based colleges anduniversities, and even professional athletes in training.In this paper, the practical training of the female members of the House ofRepresentatives, Team Long Distance, Wuhan Institute of Physical Education Rong,according to the ultimate strength approaching the training mode, developed atraining program for four16-week cycle. Movement before and after each cycle oftraining monitoring and training athletes with physical function evaluationcomparison: the ultimate strength approaching the training mode to improve theathletic performance of women’s3000m had a marked effect, at the same time helpto improve athletes’ speed endurance level, the ability to control the speed of therhythm, athletes, lactic acid decomposition capacity and the end of the sprint.
