Altitude training is a kind of low pressure and hypoxia training. A lot of playerstake part in altitude training in preparation for important events in the1970s, some ofthe athletes achieved good results through the plateau training. High intensity intervaltraining (HIIT) refers to the many short time high intensity training, between each twohigh intensity training in exercise intensity lower or complete rest form the intermittentperiod. The high intensity intermittent training is often used in the sprint, throwing ofexplosive force demanding project, is seldom used in sport to aerobic endurance based,how to develop the high intensity intermittent training in altitude training period, and inthe process of training athletes lung volume, hemoglobin (HB), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), creatine kinase (CK), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) changes remains to bestudied.The research object of this experiment is the male running athletes from Jilinprovince sports school.22people aged16-18years,4-6years training experience. Theathletes were randomly divided into two groups before the start, each group contains11people. Quiet state tests were conducted on two groups of athletes, to ensure that thetwo groups no significant difference. The tests included vital capacity, hemoglobin,blood urea nitrogen, serum creatine kinase, aspartate aminotransferase, five thousand Mrunning performance etc.The first group and second group training are trained twice everyday, everyMonday to Saturday, Wednesday afternoon and Sunday are for rest. Two groups trainedthe same on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Tuesday all day.Thursday and Saturdaymorning training content exactly the same, mainly in low intensity training (60%-70%maximum heart rate of aerobic training) and the physical quality training. The firstgroups take80%-85%maximum intensity of special run on Tuesday, Thursday andSaturday afternoon. The second groups take the high intensity intermittent trainingmethod on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoon. Six weeks after training, we testthe athletes vital capacity, hemoglobin, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatine kinase,aspartate aminotransferase, five thousand M running performance index.Conclusion:(1) The high intensity intermittent training mode during wintertraining can effectively improve the hemoglobin content of athletes, improve lungvolume reduction, urea nitrogen, serum creatine kinase and aspartate aminotransferaseproduction within a certain range, the better the training effect.(2) The high intensityintermittent training mode during winter training can effectively improve the maleyoung athletes’ performance.(3) The traditional training mode to improve the athleteshemoglobin, but not significant. Athletes of the vital capacity, production of creatinekinase and aspartate aminotransferase, blood urea nitrogen increased significantly, theathlete scores increased.(4) High intensity intermittent training can effectively reducethe amount of training, reduce sports injury, ensure that the athletes in training, help tofurther improve the ability of.
