With the continuous development of applications of information and communication technology in society, its role in education has become increasingly indispensable. However, the effect of a technology depends on the end users’acceptance and effective application of IT, and so does educational technology. How educational end users of information technology, including teachers and students, accept and use technology effectively is the basis of playing a transformative role of information technology in education. But there are obvious differences between the "digital natives" students and the "digital immigrant" teachers in their habits and characteristics of the usage of information technology.Depended on the basis of literature analysis on the influencing factors models of user acceptance of technology, this research attempts to explore the influencing factors of teachers group and students group acceptance of technology in and out of the classroom, and build a influencing factors model to know how the educational end users accept the technology and the differences between them. So that it could help the information technology to be better used in the classroom to serve the digital students. In this study, random sampling, questionnaire survey and depth interviews are used. The data of teachers and students are collected in Shanghai and Zhejiang Province, to verify the research hypotheses and research model of this article. The results verify that the four factors have the impacts on educational user acceptance of technology in and out of the classroom, and present the differences of the technology usage in and out of classroom between the two groups, as well as their E-learning attitudes and expectations. Some problems showed in the data analysis have been further explained in the depth interviews. These data and interview results also demonstrate the usage and learning characteristics of "digital natives" learners and "digital immigrants" teachers. And this will provide guidance for educators to meet the students’needs better in the ICT-integration.
