Research On Students’ Existence Style In Senior High School Student Clubs

This choice of students’existence style in student clubs is based on the deep interest of student club. Nowadays, more and more researchers pay their attention to this field. Case study is taken in this thesis. YC Senior High School is taken as the example. There are four parts in this paper:In the first part, introduction is given, including the literature review which is the foundation of this paper, research object, essential questions and research methods.In the second part, the emergency need of students’existence style transformation is analyzed under the background of social transformation. Three characteristics of social transformation are concluded:Autonomy becomes more and more important in such a complicated and changeable society; Organization plays an indispensible part in human beings socialization with the change of the relation between individual and society; Acquaintance society is becoming to stranger society, which witness the change of interpersonal relationships. All of these transformations raise a new claim to senior students who will be a member of society. Therefore, students’existence style needs to be changed in order to adapt to society.In the third part, senior high school student’s existence style is analyzed. About the participant style, traditional activity space and activity group are improved; more participant opportunity is offered; great educational value is achieved. About the organization style, student club is a democratic and developmental organization formed by students. About the behavioral style, growth is achieved in various role experiences, development is gained in multi-part cooperation, and creative transformation is obtained in positive introspection.In the fourth part, the predicament and suggestions of students club is pointed out. Week external support and ineffective internal and external communications are the bottleneck of students’existence environment. Suggestions are given:to guarantee the supportive matters for better existence environment; to expand mutual contacts and exchange for better existence space; to pay attention to the connotation development for better existence quality.
