Preliminary Study On Relationship Between Club Activity And Successful Employment Of Vocational Students

With the changing of higher education from elite education to popular education, the vocational education of different stages have become more specified, and the labor market are gradually becoming saturated, causing more pressures for graduates in landing jobs. Under the background of gloomy employment, vocational students have received wide attention from all walks of life with the help of their different identity from that of graduates. Therefore, it brings different degree of effects to employments of college students. The relevant research shows that association, an important carrier of our Chinese construction of campus culture, plays a significant role in students’ ability exercise. So the effect of experience of club attended by vocational students on successful employment shall be analyzed and studied through investing students group of vocational students.The matter that vocational students participate in the club activities has great dependence relationships on successful employment through analysis of the data by collecting. It will have great help to successful job-hunting and promote employment if they join club activities according to research. The effect of students take part in club activity on job-hunting shows that some abilities such as improving communication, organization, coordination and planning and other aspects including abundant practice experience and enhancement of psychological quality through some interview investigations to students, teachers, enterprises. Many variables elements like number of joining club, date of participating associations, position acting in club, attitude of taking part in club, activity development conditions and cooperation condition of enterprise communication and employment related factors can be studied through relevant analysis and regression analysis. The conclusion can be made: some factors including date of participating in associations, position acting in club, attitude of taking part in club, activity development conditions and cooperation condition of enterprise communication has obvious positive relationship with successful job-hunting while the number of joining club and development of activity factors has weaker aggression effect on successful of employment.The conclusion shall be made according to research and the theoretical analysis of successful of employment can be supplemented and improved in term of club activity. It has played a certain enlightening role in internal students and association management and also the suggestion and prospect can be put forward to development of students participating club activity combining with existing condition.
