Higher Vocational Students’ Academic Planning Research

College Students’academic planning in the occupation career planning development based on evolved in recent years, scholars, experts for the corresponding research. Career planning is the occupation plan in university academic aspect of the embodiment, undertake study to its mostly needs to draw lessons from occupation planning theory, combined with the characteristics of academic planning perfect academic planning system. Higher vocational students’academic planning refers to the higher vocational college students based on their own characteristics, interests and professional prospects identify their academic goals, combined with academic planning principles, methods, steps to develop in line with its own development needs of the academic planning, ensure the smooth implementation of the process of academic planning. The academic program is responsive to the students’academic development the demand of students in higher vocational colleges, academic planning has strong theoretical and practical significance. For the students to help students fully understand themselves, improve their ability and comprehensive quality, obtain employment successfully. For higher vocational colleges higher vocational colleges is beneficial to speed up the pace of reform, enhance their competitive strength, improve the visibility for the enrollment of colleges and universities, and lay a solid foundation. This paper uses questionnaire survey method, interview method, literature method, comparative method and other methods were investigated, through the analysis of survey data to summarize the current academic planning problems, summarize these issues, in-depth to explore the causes, from different point of view to solve the academic planning. At present, vocational institutions in the academic planning problems are:Studies on the planning of the inadequate attention, implementing academic planning awareness is relatively weak, speciality provision of higher vocational education it is not reasonable, the lack of specialized agencies on students’academic planning guidance, to support the academic planning software and hardware facilities devoted inadequacy. College students lack academic planning consciousness, self-awareness, own not mature resulted in action to the academic planning implement, at the same time academic planning theory flaw also influence students’learning and planning implementation. Advance academic planning implementation, should be in-depth understanding of academic planning based on content, follow some principles, methods, improve the academic planning implementation system.Based on the academic planning concept, current situation and existing problems are analyzed and summarized from the following three aspects:first, enhance the academic planning to establish advanced concepts, change now did not develop academic planning or academic planning is not flexible enough to wait for the current situation, from concepts to academic planning; secondly, from the students, the schools, the construction of main body of academic planning system. Students should understand the connotation of academic planning, based on their own characteristics of academic planning objectives in the implementation process, correcting academic planning, planning the implementation of academic results timely feedback and correction; higher vocational colleges should be from the hardware and software facilities, implementation environment, teachers and other aspects related to help higher vocational students academic planning, so as to ensure that the academic planning smoothly; finally, on the basis of higher vocational students and the characteristics of academic planning, phased implementation of academic planning.
