Career is a life-span and life-space practice course,during our career,we must face the constant turning points and the different changes.In other words,career development has its certain stages,in different stages,individual physical and mental development characteristics and the environment are different,so the career tasks will be different.The life of college student is at a critical period of transition from a student role to a professional role,in an important stage of exploration and attempts for future career development,and also a period of rapid development of academic knowledge and professional ability.This paper aims to study the activities of college students' academic planning from the perspective of career development theory.Through empirical investigation and result analysis,this paper constructs the basic process of college students' academic planning based on the theory of career development,and puts forward effective measures and suggestions for college students' academic planning and the guidance of college academic planning.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter mainly expounds the background of this research,,the theoretical and practical significance of the research,the achievements and shortcomings of the research topic at home and abroad,and the research ideas and research methods to be used.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the study.It mainly define academic planning,career development and other related concepts,and clarify the theoretical connotation of academic planning and career development,expounds the significance of college students' academic planning based on career development theory,the basic components of academic planning based on career development theory are presented,including cognition,option,behavior,the evaluation and adjustment of academic planning.The third chapter is the research results and analysis.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,aiming at the four aspects of college students' cognition of academic planning,option of academic planning,behavior of academic planning and evaluation and adjustment of academic planning.This paper analyzes the current situation of college students 'academic planning under the background of different majors,grades,gender and family status,and discusses the problems in academicmanagement in combination with the guidance of school's academic planning.The survey results show that the current students lack of academic planning cognition,poor at using academic resources,lack of long-term planning and periodic academic planning evaluation.The fourth chapter mainly aims at the problems of academic planning,based on the theory of career development from the three aspects of college students themselves,college guidance and social environment to put forward specific suggestions and measures to solve the problem,such as strengthen students' awareness of academic planning,improve the system of school academic planning,and create a good social environment and so on.
