Abstract/Summary:
Evaluation is an important factor which influences the success of the curriculum reform, and it is one of the important contents in the curriculum reform. With the further development of curriculum reform in preschool education, the new ideas and theories on the evaluation are constantly injected into preschool education practice. Teachers have a more scientific understanding about evaluation in concept. In particular, speech evaluation behavior which plays an important role in education evaluation attaches the teachers’attention. The kindergarten paiting educational activity is the important content of the art education, and it plays an irreplaceable role in children’s physical and mental development. Teachers’speech evaluation behavior is an important part of teachers’teaching behavior. Teachers play a leading role in the process of speech evaluation. As far as the children were concerned,the speech evaluation will influence the interaction between teachers and children,the children’s congnitive development and behavior selection. However, Teachers’speech evaluation behavior is not the key point of kindergarten’s research all the time. On the basis of summarying the domestic and foreign literature,the author chooses "Teachers’Speech Evaluation Behavior in Paiting Educational Activities in Kindgarten" as a research topic and analysis the current situation、the existing problems of teachers’speech behavior evaluation in current painting educational activity in kindergarten, and analysis its reasons, finally put forward some Suggestions.The study were studied from the following aspects:The first part:Question Statement. This study summarizes the origin of the research and the theoretical and practical significance of the study. The thesis reviews the previous research, and explains the research methods and the research process brieflyThe second part:Combined with observation records and interviews, the author analysis the present situation of the teachers’ speech evaluation behavior in painting educational activity in kindergarten from the nature of speech evaluation, the content of the speech evaluation,and the object of speech evaluationThe third part:Analysising the problems in the teachers’speech evaluation behavior:general evaluation in positive evaluation, more inappropriate negative evaluation behavior,teachers’speech evaluation "heavy results light process", more unfair phenomenon in speech evaluation and so on. According to the characteristics of the painting educational activity in kindergarten, The author analysis the reasons for problems from two aspects:the kindergarten teachers and the social environment.The forth part:Providing strategies and Suggestions in improving teachers’speech evaluation behavior. This research mainly relates and analyzes from the following four aspects:1、Respect for children,and establish a proper concept of the evaluation;2、Continuously improve teachers’education and teaching level;3、Effort to improve teachers’art accomplishment;4、Optimize the speech evaluation behavior;5、Create a good social environment.
