The reward is an important factor of teaching activities in the kindergarteners. Rewardsof teachers is on the implementation of the teaching of great significance. Timely, appropriateincentives not only to stimulate children’s interest in learning, develop good study habits, butalso enhance children’s self-confidence, and thus truly happy to learn and grow up healthily.But in the large class activities, some teachers abuse rewards, so that rewards lose theireffectiveness. Mean rewards of some teachers, are always accused of child care classroombehavior than rewards. Which most of the teachers from teaching needs to reward youngchildren did not consider the children’s psychological needs of young children. Preschoolteachers why reward children, is how to reward, reward, what impact young childrenunderstand the status of the incentive to explore appropriate incentives, which is the focus ofthis study.In this study, is my reward behavior of preschool teachers as classroom teachers on aBeijing kindergarteners one-year on-site observations and records, and the combination ofquestionnaire and interview methods in teaching activities teachers use reward behaviorkindsof data. Data collation, analysis and induction, in-depth understanding of the autocraticbehavior of a variety of factors, and thus the formation of this article.The paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, including the originand significance of research, related research, and research design. The second part introducesthe concepts and theoretical basis. The third section displays the status of the class teachingactivities teachers reward behavior and conduct in-depth analysis to explore the status of theteaching award. The fourth part of the large class teachers reward behavior analysis, summaryof the impact factor of teacher reward behavior. From both objective and subjective factorsaffect the teachers’ reward behavior are discussed. Part V of the autocratic behavior of theteachers’ recommendations. The sixth section briefly discusses the research inadequacies.
