| The rapid development of market economy has brought the huge influence to the living way of the city dwellers. The commercial residential house has become the main living form of the modern city dwellers, so the concept of the commodity residential area has emerged as the times require. According to the related literature, because of the city residents’ health, fitness consciousness strengthens continuously, there are70%people, before they made the choice of purchasing house, has put the sports facilities and residential environment, the type of the houses structure, price, greening, transportation, education, business and other conditions together into the purchase account, and the attention to the sports facilities within the community rises sharply, so that sports facilities became the focus of the problem.This article used searching literature material method, questionnaire survey method, field survey method, interview, mathematical statistics and other research methods to investigate the planning of the Changsha City residential community sports facilities, and the study shows:(1) Changsha’s commercial residential areas basically have public sports facilities, but there is not strictly in accordance with the provisions of the state on the commodity residential district planning and construction of public sports facilities, or public sports land to other uses; quality inspection departments in commodity market acceptance is not on public sports facilities is presented a defined acceptance criteria.(2) The residents of Changsha’s commercial residential areas has involved in physical activity a higher degree. Wherein, elderly and young children’s sense of participation is stronger than middle-aged people. Residents’participation in physical fitness activities in the main reason have no time, then there is no space. Changsha commodity residential area residents are mainly in the upper middle class, so they has higher degree about the residential sports facilities, and now they express low degree with the present community sports facilities.(3) The main problems of Changsha commodity residential community sports facilities are:a. the amount is little, small scale, most of areas are not up to the national minimum standards. b. the type of facilities is rare, construction mode with high homogeneity, especially the lack of indoor gymnasium. c. the standard specification is designated, the lack of independent design, did not reflect the characteristics of public sports facilities. d. the community sports facilities using single function, low utilization rate, part of the sports facilities to him. e. the sports facilities layout unreasonable. f. the lack of sports facilities of appearance design, and resident satisfaction is not high. g. the community sports facilities use and management owes a standard.(4) In the "city community sports facilities construction land index" and developed related indicators compared to a certain gap, and renew lag, need to use new standard to replace.(5) The sports facilities of residential areas should be multi functional positioning and improving efficiency in the use of commercial residential district; sports venues and facilities specifications need to reflect the miniaturization, entertainment and leisure etc.(6) the commodity residential community sports facilities layout should be consistent with the overall city planning, the layout pattern can refer to centralized, distributed, open3modes; sports—estate compound real estate development mode is worth to popularize.(7) the commodity residential community sports facilities appearance should fully reflect the cultural influence, around a small image design, and embodies the green ecological view; commodity residential community sports facilities in the planning should consider safety, security, operations security, layout of safety protection, safety, ecological safety problems in. |
